The 23rd Edition of the International Book and Publishing Fair
The Inteational Book and Publishing Fair represents a coerstone of the Ministry of Culture’s efforts in the publishing sector and serves as the foremost cultural event through which the Ministry promotes Morocco’s cultural scene.
Under the high patronage of the late King Hassan II, the first edition of the Inteational Book and Publishing Fair was held from 30 October to 8 November 1987. The 28th edition took place in 2023.
Casablanca hosted the 23rd edition of the Inteational Book and Publishing Fair from 9 to 19 February 2017. The event brought together 652 exhibitors from 54 countries, with the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) as the guest of honour.
